Easy Chocolate Truffles Recipe
Ingredients: (Makes up to 8~10)
120g of Chocolate Bars/Chocolate Chip (It can be Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Sugar-Free Chocolate or Dark Chocolate depending on your choice)
1/4 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of Chocolate Candy Melts (Chocolate and Color of your choice)
1.) Put the heavy cream into a microwave-safe bowl and put it in the microwave and heat it for 30 secs
2.) Stir in the chocolate (of you choice) into your hot cream mixture
3.) Stir it until the chocolates are melted and smooth
4.) Refrigerate the mixture for 40 minutes or freeze it for abut 20 minutes until it sets and harden
5.) While refrigetaing or freezing the mixture, Melt the candy melts in the microwave for about 30 secs until it all the chocolates are melted.
6.) Take the mixture out from the fridge then scoop a tablespoon of the mixture.
7.) Mold the scooped mixture into a circle then dip it into the melted chocolate candy melts.
8.) With the help of the spoon, move the molded mixture from the candy melt mixture until it is all covered with chocolates.
9.) Place the Covered Chocolate Mixture on to the wax paper until it sets
10.) While it sets, Sprinkle some decoration (of your choice) on it.
11.) Repeat Step 6 to 10 until there is no mixture left.
12.) Voila! 3-Ingrediets Chocolate Truffles is ready to eat!
