Unicorn-Themed Cheesecake Recipe


Who doesn’t love unicorns? Colorful yet fancy creature. Most of the people are so obsessed with unicorns (including my friends). I don’t know what makes this creature so special to everyone. Whenever they saw a unicorn things such as toys, pillows and most especially food they are tempted to buy and try some of it because it’s UNICORN. So I tried my best to make this awesome No Baked Unicorn-Themed Cheesecake Recipe to those unicorn lover out there. This cheesecake is so colorful because it represents the colors of a unicorn which are pink, blue and violet. Enjoy!

Ingredients (For 6×6 Springform Pan/Removable Base Cake Pan or 6 Regular Cupcake Tins)
Base of the Cheesecake:
¾ cup of graham crackers crushed
3 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz of creamcheese, softened
¾ cup of heavy cream
⅓ cup of icing sugar
2 teaspoon of lemon juice
3 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
3 drops of Pink, Blue and Violet Food Coloring Gel/Drops

1. In a small bowl, Add in the crushed graham crackers along with the melted butter and mix it until it can be moulded .
2. Place the graham mixture into the cake pan or muffin pan then using a spoon (shot glass for muffin pan), press down the graham mixture in the pan until it is smooth and everything is covered to form the base.
3. To make the filling, Beat in the heavy cream until soft peaks then add in the icing sugar then mix it until stiff peaks.
4. In a seperate large bowl, Mix in the creamcheese lemon juice and melted butter until it is cramy.
5. Fold in half of the cream mixture into the creamcheese mixture then add in the other half of the mixture then mix it again to combined.
6. In a different bowl, Place in ¼ of the mixture in each bowl (A total of 3 bowls) then color it using the pink, blue and violet drops/gel .
7. In a cake pan or muffin pan, Place in the lower layer mixture,which is the pink mixture, until everything is covered leaving a tablespoon of the mixture then add in the second,which is the blue,then the third, which is the violet.
8. Place the ¼ creamcheese mixture on the top of the layer to cover it up.
9. Place a few drops of each colored mixture on the top of the cheesecake then using a toothpick or a knife to swirl it the way you want until the colors are scattered with a beautiful transition in it.
10. Chill the cheesecake for 6 hours or overnight until it sets.
11. When set, remove the spring form pan or cupcake liners.
12. Unicorn-Themed Cheesecake is ready to served!
