Yogubars

Creating your own flavors of yogubar would be a fun thing to do! It feels like you are living a healthy life in a way you were tempted to try each one of them. I tried 10 different kinds of flavors- but these 3 flavors were definitely my choice. What is your favorite flavor? (Leave a comment down below)

As I said, I will be posting more yogubar recipes on my blog! I cannot resist posting them as I made various of flavors to share with you.  I will be leaving the video on how I made them and the full procedure that will be listed down below. Stay tuned for more blog recipe!

Ingredients:
Matcha
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
1 tsp of matcha powder
2 tbsp of heavy cream
1 tbsp of icing sugar

Lemon
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
1 slice of lemon
2 tbsp of heavy cream
1 tbsp of icing sugar

Taro
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
2 tbsp of Ube or taro jam
2 tbsp of heavy cream

Procedure:
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients (If you want to make your yogubar to be as smooth as possible, run the icing sugar and flavoring powder through a sifter. (Do it also on the other flavors)

Use a paper cup or an ice cream mold to place the Yogu mixture. Place the popsicle stick in each one of them and freeze it for 4~6 hours

To serve, Dip the popsicle molder in a lukewarm water for 30 secs then remove each bar by pulling the popsicle stick upward.
